Paul is great to work with, very clear explanation of what is going on with my car and what my options and costs are going to be. This kind of independent shop where you can deal directly with the owners, who are also doing the hands on work, is the way to go, in my opinion.

My 1997 Jeep Wrangler was making weird thumping sounds. Paul & Reece diagnosed the problem as the rear differential. Paul suggested an optional upgrade to positraction which I went ahead with. During the differential work, it was discovered the right axle was pitted and worn, so I needed a new one. I really appreciated the clear communication and explanations as to what work would be needed and done. At no time was there any pressure to do more work than necessary. As they suggested and offered, I will be back after 500 miles for a quick inspection. Overall a very positive experience!

Great, friendly service. They correctly diagnosed the problem with my car. Before I brought it to them, I thought the problem was with my transmission and that I would be out thousands of dollars. The repair ended up costing about $300.00. My 12 year old car sounds like a "new car" again. Thank you!
