Responsive and transparent! Fast work. I got recommended to come to Paul for a second opinion on the transmission; and his team was quick to evaluate . Paul was great at explaining the impact of the potential outcomes and thoughtful about making sure it made financial sense. His team got the repair done quickly, and I didn’t have to buy a new car!

Transmission oil pan non OEM upgrade with replacement filter. Four wheel drive service including fluid replacement for the transfer case, front and rear differentials. Brake rotor and pad replacement front and rear. Front drive shaft replacement. Good communication with Paul. Clear and concise description of vehicle issues and recommendations for repair. My vehicle has over 105k miles and has spent part of its life on the icy, snowy and salty northeast roads.
