Really please with the service I received. After having a bad experience at the dealership for my car, I wanted a second opinion before dropping $2,000 on repairs that I wasn't really sure I needed. In general as a woman who has little knowledge of cars, I am very distrustful of mechanics, but I felt very comfortable with Paul and Reece and appreciate their honesty. I was happy to learn that my car didn't need all that work. Even if it had though I would have trusted Paul's advice! I will definitely be going back to them for anything else in the future that I need checked out.

I first went to Broadway Automotive because of 5-star rating I seen it had. Sure am glad I did! From the moment I spoke to Paul to tell him problem I had with my CRV, he seemed very knowledgeable, explaining to me probable cause. After vehicle was diagnosed, he called me and again explained what they had found out, cost of parts, etc. Very professional shop, highly recommend it!

As always, BAT is honest, competent, and careful in their work. We appreciate the care taken in diagnosing the coolant leak, and recommending the conservative route forward. Its wonderful to have an auto shop who you can trust completely!

I could not ask for better service and problem solving on the repairs on my 2000 Jaguar 4.0 S-Type auto. Paul and his crew were very knowledgeable and efficient to the point that I received daily phone calls during the 9 days my car was being worked on.
