Car died just before the Holiday, and AAA advised it was Alternator and not the Battery...needed service. Shop was open only the day we called (Thursday), then closed Friday and Monday, in which case we would have been sunk for the Holiday weekend. We dropped off the car, and somehow you managed to complete before end of day Thursday, which in turn allowed the kids to complete their Christmas shopping, and everyone had a great Holiday. Oh yeah, and the car performed just perfectly. Saved the day!

Really please with the service I received. After having a bad experience at the dealership for my car, I wanted a second opinion before dropping $2,000 on repairs that I wasn't really sure I needed. In general as a woman who has little knowledge of cars, I am very distrustful of mechanics, but I felt very comfortable with Paul and Reece and appreciate their honesty. I was happy to learn that my car didn't need all that work. Even if it had though I would have trusted Paul's advice! I will definitely be going back to them for anything else in the future that I need checked out.
