I'm really delighted by the customer service here. I brought my 2008 Hyundai Elantra (manual transmission!) here when the clutch stopped working. They checked it out, told me it needed replaced (quote was $1,300). I called around to three other places in the area and got quotes for the same amount or higher. Of all the places I called, Broadway Automotive and Transmission (Paul and Reece) were the most kind, clear, warm, supportive, and helpful. I'm excited to go back there for other repairs in the future, because it's clear I can trust them!

The first auto shop that I went to and that I have happily been using for years was unable to diagnose my trucks loss of power on highways going uphill. Broadway Automotive was able to quickly and quite accurately diagnose and repair my truck. When I was referred to them with a possible transmission problem , they discovered that my vehicle only had a minor issue which saved me a lot of money . Broadway Automotive is the best and is now my first choice by a long shot for any future auto problems.
