Great service!

Great first time experience. Took my 2003 Camry in for it's 150K check up. Paul got back to me within an hour to let me know what work needed to be done and had it complete before the end of the day. He explained things clearly and didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary work. I will continue to use this shop for my service going forward. Great service and communication.

Paul and Rhett are awesome. My 'new' rebuilt trans now has over 100k miles and runs and shifts beautifully. Really feel that Paul makes every effort to be fair. He had my car for 2 days checking out the repair - multiple fuel line issues on my 1993 MBZ - and felt it would be overly expensive to repair so didn't charge me a dime. Not saying they can always do that but for a long time customer, it was really nice of them not to charge me for the shop time.

Broadway Automotive did a great job on my car. Paul made me feel confident in the analysis of the issue and my car was ready when prromised.

A truly great car repair local business. Started taking my family cars here a few years ago. They have always given me prompt estimates, completed the work on time, and done a great job. Special shout out to "debugging" some "weird vibrations" that they managed to isolate, fix, and give me the car back in 2 days. I was expected weeks and weeks of "don't know where it's coming from". Instead, I got a honest answer from them about "we're gonna try this first, and then go here 2nd if that doesn't work", they did the work, got it right (on the first try!) and yeah, I'm bringing them all my business. Additional note - the folks (Paul?) who runs the place is super nice, approachable, and just a joy to talk to about cars. 10 out of 10. They're truly great!
