I’ve been coming here for a few weeks since I bought my ls400 and it’s very clear to me that this shop prioritizes helping the customers car and not their profits. When I first brought it in Jason told me I needed a new air filter of some sort I can’t remember the exact name and asked me if I wanted it replaced and I told him not now because I couldn’t afford it. To my surprise when I came to pick my car up he showed me the filter he took out which was filthy and let me know that a new one was put in free of charge. Kind of unheard of in the auto mechanic world. Just to put it short if you want a place that is clearly honest and explains to you what you need to do with an accurate estimate, bring your car here.
