My 11 year old Ford Transit was having trouble shifting from 1st to 2nd. San Leandro Ford checked the computer codes and advised buying a new $6,000 transmission. Broadway Automotive checked the computer and saw the same codes, but interpreted them differently. They replaced a sensor that cost less than $100. Transmission works great. Broadway Automotive is the BEST!

Great service. Job took 2 days cue to asking for more then just a standard clutch job. Let me know what was going on the whole time. Will use again.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I will definitely be using this shop anytime I am having issues with my car and will be referring this place to anyone that is having car issues. I brought my car in because of transmission issues. Paul helped me find out that my car actually had a recall/extended warranty and suggested bringing it to Nissan to be repaired under the warranty, saving me thousands (and thousands) of dollars. This is an honest and caring business!

I have been taking 4 vehicles to them for over 10 years now. Honest, friendly, keep their commitments, and great mechanics as well as humans. Support these master craftspeople and receive excellent value instead of seeing your hard-earned $ pay for lots of dealership overhead. These guys are so good, they don't need to advertise - its referrals and loyal customers keeping them busy day after day.
